Easy Stuffed Mushrooms


12 large fresh mushrooms

1 box Stove Top Stuffing, any variety

1 package of cream cheese

1 package of crab meat

1 stick butter

2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1 package mozzarella cheese

Prepare stuffing according to box. Core mushrooms and finely chop the stems. Sauté core, stems and garlic in butter for @ 5 minutes. Mix the stuffing, cream cheese, finely minced crab meat, and sautéed stems in a large bowl. Stuff the mushroom caps. Lightly sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
